1. General Terms
- By purchasing a ticket to a Ladies Who Talk (LWT) event, you agree to this cancellation policy.
- If an event is canceled by LWT, all participants will be notified via Telegram and/or the email provided during registration.
2. Participant-Initiated Cancellation
- If you cancel 48 hours or more before the event:
- You will receive a full refund:
- To the card used for payment (minus any online payment processing fees).
- Or as a deposit to be used for future events.
- If you cancel less than 48 hours before the event:
- No refund will be issued. You can transfer your ticket to a friend – please note, that in case of members-only event, you can transfer the tickonly to the members of the community. You are required to notify us about the change.
- If you do not attend the event without prior cancellation:
- No refund will be issued.
3. Event Rescheduling
- If an event is rescheduled by LWT:
- You may choose to:
- Receive a full refund.
- Transfer your payment to a deposit or to the next event.
- If rescheduling is due to force majeure circumstances beyond LWT's control:
- A refund is not guaranteed, but alternative options will be offered.
4. Changes to Event Format
- LWT may change the event format (e.g., location) without issuing a refund, but participants will be notified.
- If the new format is not suitable for you:
- You may transfer your payment to a deposit or request a full refund, provided you notify LWT within the following timeframes:
- If LWT notifies you 24 hours or more before the event:
- Request a refund no later than 24 hours before the event.
- If LWT notifies you less than 24 hours before the event:
- You may request a refund at any time before the event starts.
5. Deposit
- Deposits can be used to pay for events within 3 months from the date of issuance.
- Generally, deposits can be applied to any event unless otherwise specified on the event page or in communications with participants.
6. Exceptional Cases
- Cancellations due to valid reasons (e.g., medical) will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
